What is a scrapbook kit club?
Well...that's a little hard to answer actually. I mean, there's the
obvious that it is a club where every month you receive a box chock
full of goodies; goodies that are of the highest quality and most tasteful
designs, to help you celebrate your memories.
But the problem is the definition doesn't end there. The club is also
a meeting place where people (both those who choose to purchase our
kits and thse who have yet to make that decision) can come together
to discuss all things scrapbooking, and a whole lot of other stuff too.
We encourage you to stop by our message board and join up to check out
what all the fuss is about.
But still that doesn't quite explain it because we are also here to
help, to give you inspiration and motivation, and to encourage you to
share your memories with the world. you can find some of our members'
handywork in the gallery and find new and innovative ideas on our blog
and messsage board.
But really, above all, I suppose that a scrapbook kit club is an extended
family...a sisterhood of like-minded women who believe in yesterday's
memories and the future's memories to be!
Why choose this club?
Well you shouldn't necessarily. Above all else we want
you to make the most of your scrapbooking experience and we hope we
can help you with that. We encourage you to look around and check out
all of the other clubs too and find the one that's right for you! We
do our best to cater to everyone but the truth is that if our style
isn't your style, well we want you to be happy, and if that means suggesting
another club to you that might fit your needs better we would be happy
to do it! Of course that doesn't mean that you should be a stranger!
We hope that you will still join our message board and chat it up with
all of the other members!
How
does shipping and billing work?
Pretty simple really. Shipping is "true shipping"
which means that you pay whatever the post office charges us (Nothing
worse than a company trying to make money off of shipping!!!).
That means that you shipping costs will fluctuate month to month. Your
shipping will never be more than $9.00 (since we can always use a flat
rate box) but your shipping costs may be as low as $5.00. If you want
a firm cost before you order just email us and we will calculate your
shipping for you.
Billing is equally simple. We do not charge your card until the end
of the month (usually around the 25th) and we send out your package
the next day. If you are paying via Paypal then we will send you an
invoice around the 25th and as soon as it is paid we ship out your kit.
Payment options. We accept all major credit cards and we do offer Paypal
service. We will also accept a check or money order but please realize
that this will slow down the delivery of your kit because we must wait
for the check to clear before we can ship anything to you.
Skipping
a month or cancelling a subscription...
Skipping a kit...well of course you can skip a month.
It would be best if you could let us know as soon as you know that you
want to skip a kit so that there is no error made in billing. You can
pick up where your subscription left off the very next month!
Cancelling a subscription...again, things happen and we certainly don't
do this for profit (I don't know any small scrapbook retailers, online
or store front, that actually make any money) so if you need to cancel
your subscription we will miss you and wish you the best. We know that
we have a great group of ladies here and do not expect anyone to abuse
this policy. Again, just because you might need to cancel your kit for
some unforeseen circumstance, please don't be a stranger. We expect
you to still post onour message board and enjoy the comfort and love
our community can offer.
Can
I combine shipping on items?
Of course you can! As you go through our shopping cart you will notice
that one of our shipping options is set to combine shipping. Again,
because we charge actual postage we will need to email you the total
cost of your shipping but chance are you will save a good bit so please
feel free to utilize this service!
Catastrophies
avoided...
Well let us know immediately...there is nothing worse
than getting yourself all worked up in expectations of one of our kits
and then something happens to it! The sooner we know the sooner we can
get the situation fixed. We do our best to deliver the highest customer
service possible and, corny as it sounds, we do look at each of our
members as friends and only want to see you happy, so please, no matter
what the problem might be, let us know and we will do our very best
to fix it!
